Exchange & return will be accepted only for items that are not a discounted, accessories, or intimate wear, and must be returned to Dresshaus within 15 days from the order date. The steps to do an exchange and return are:
1. Contact Dresshaus Whatsapp: +6281398088089.
2. If Dresshaus has confirmed the return, you can send the product by attaching the return slip to the same box or package that was sent to you.
3. Dresshaus will confirm when the product has arrived and will notify the customer.
Penukaran dan retur akan diproses jika produk bukan termasuk barang diskon, aksesoris, maupun intimate wear, dan dikembalikan ke pihak Dresshaus dalam waktu 15 hari setelah tanggal pemesanan. Bila ingin melakukan penukaran dan retur, ikuti langkah-langkah berikut :

2. Bila pihak Dresshaus sudah mengkonfirmasi exchange, maka customer diperbolehkan untuk mengirim produk tersebut dengan menempelkan lembar alamat yang ada di “Return Form” ke box atau bungkusan yang datang saat pengiriman.
3. Pihak Dresshaus akan mengkonfirmasi kepada customer bila produk sudah diterima dengan kondisi baik.
