Exchange will be processed if the product is not a discount product and is returned to Dresshaus within 15 days after the purchase date. The steps to do an exchange are:
1. Contact Dresshaus Whatsapp: 081398088089.
2. If Dresshaus has confirmed the exchange, you can send the product by attaching the return slip to the same box or package that was sent to you.
3. Dresshaus will confirm when the product has arrived and will notify the customer regarding a replacement product.
4. If the customer agrees, Dresshaus will send back the replacement product using regular shipping. This service is free of charge.
Exchange akan diproses jika produk bukanlah produk diskon dan dikembalikan ke pihak Dresshaus dalam waktu 15 hari setelah tanggal pemesanan. Bila ingin melakukan exchange, ikuti langkah-langkah berikut :

2. Bila pihak Dresshaus sudah mengkonfirmasi exchange, maka customer diperbolehkan untuk mengirim produk tersebut dengan menempelkan lembar alamat yang ada di “Return Form” ke box atau bungkusan yang datang saat pengiriman.
3. Pihak Dresshaus akan mengkonfirmasi bila produk sudah diterima dan akan memastikan kepada customer terkait produk pengganti.
4. Bila customer sudah setuju, maka pihak Dresshaus akan mengirim kembali produk pengganti. Jasa ini tidak dikenakan biaya apapun.
