Pre-order Guide
There are three things you must know when you pre-order (or thinking about doing so) at Dresshaus.
Pre-order the Dress
Each pre-order product page will inform you the maximum number of days it will take to complete the order. Please note that this does not take into account shipping time. For custom sizes, you have to insert your bust, waist and hips measurements in centimeters at the input boxes provided.
Receive notifications
Receive notifications when pre-order is in progress (vendor successfully receives order) and completed (vendor ships pre-order item). After passing our rigorous product inspection, you will get a final notification order is on its way to you.
Buyer's protection
We guarantee that you'll receive your item on time and as described. Each item must go through our quality check before it reaches the customer. See our FAQs for more common questions.
