Dresshaus offers 3 types of shipping:
1. Express shipping (Same-day for Jakarta, and 1-2 days otherwise). For same-day shipping in Jakarta, the package will be sent on the next day if orders are received after 3:00 PM WIB.
2. Regular shipping (1-3 days)
3. Pick Up At Gallery. This option is free and Dresshaus Customer Service will inform you when your package is ready within 1 business day.

Exchange & Returns+

If there are issues with your order, you may request for an exchange within 14 days of your order date. However, we can only accept shoes, bags and clothing. Exchanges are not allowed for jewelry and intimates due to hygienic reasons.
